Trista Smith, Au.D., CCC-A, F-AAA:
“Trista is a licensed audiologist providing comprehensive hearing care to patients across the Puget Sound region. She sees patients at both the Auburn and Federal Way locations and is committed to delivering thoughtful, individualized audiologic services.
She earned her Doctor of Audiology from the University of Colorado Boulder and holds national certification through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Her clinical focus includes hearing loss management, hearing aids, cochlear and bone-anchored implant technology, vestibular testing, tinnitus care, and cerumen management.
Outside the clinic, Trista enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband, spending time with friends, and unwinding at home with a good book, coffee, and her two cats.”
Nancy Renne, M.A., CCC-A, F-AAA
Nancy is a licensed audiologist with more than 30 years of experience providing hearing and balance care in the Pacific Northwest. She sees patients at both the Auburn and Federal Way locations and is known for her thoughtful, patient-focused approach.
Nancy earned her degrees in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Washington State University and completed her clinical fellowship at Oregon Health Sciences University Hospital. She maintains national certification and fellowship status and regularly pursues continuing education to stay current in the field.
Her clinical focus includes hearing aid evaluation and fitting, vestibular assessment and treatment, and cerumen management. Nancy is especially passionate about guiding patients through their hearing care journey and helping them adapt successfully to hearing aids.
Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities, cheering on her favorite college teams, and spending time with family and friends.
Olivia Sanchez, Clinic Manager
“Olivia is a Certified Medical Assistant with nearly 20 years of healthcare experience and has been part of the practice since 2022. She is cross-trained across the office and supports both clinical operations and staff while helping uphold patient care standards.
With a long-standing focus in otolaryngology, Olivia brings experience in sinus, nasal, and allergy care, along with knowledge of billing, authorizations, and practice operations. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, outdoor activities, and caring for her hobby farm, and she is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and finance.”
